Player rules

What every player agrees to, on their profile, their team page and in comments.

01You're 18 or over

Players have to be 18 or over. We check your date of birth when you make your profile, and it is never shown to anybody.

02Display names only

You go by a display name. Don't put your real name, or anybody else's, on your profile, your team page or in a comment.

03No buying, selling or swapping

This is not a marketplace. No buying, selling, swapping or pricing guns, parts or kit, anywhere on the site, comments included. Names, bios and build details that look like selling are turned away when you save.

04Other people need to be OK with it

Don't post anybody else's real name, or a photo where they can be recognised, unless they have said it's fine.

05No under-18s in photos

Never post a photo with anybody under 18 in it, even if they play. Every photo is checked automatically before it shows, and anything like this is turned away.

06Airsoft photos only

Your photos are game days, your guns, builds and kit, or a normal picture of you for your profile. Nothing sexual, nothing nasty, nothing that isn't airsoft.

07Be decent in comments

Comments show straight away. Banter is fine; bullying, threats, hate, spam and posting somebody's personal details are not. The profile owner can delete any comment on their profile, and a team captain can stop somebody commenting on the team page.

08Play fair for XP

Clock in only when you are really at the site, and only for yourself. No faking your location, no second accounts and no tricks to farm XP, hearts or visits. Clock-ins that don't add up are voided and the XP goes.

09Honest reviews only

Only review a place you have actually played or used, and never one you own, work for or are connected to. Say so in the review if you were given anything for writing it.

10Report it and we'll look

Use the Report button on a comment. For anything else, use the support form with a link to it and tell us what is wrong. We look at every report.

11Break the rules and the account goes

We remove anything that breaks these rules. If it is serious, or keeps happening, we suspend or remove the account, with its photos and everything on it, and anything illegal may be passed to the police.
