About Oyster Diving

Oyster Diving is a PADI dive centre at Maritime House, Basin Road North, Portslade, by Shoreham Harbour. Its onsite compressor fills scuba and air gun cylinders to 232 or 300 bar, usually while you wait (about 5 minutes for up to 4 cylinders); 300 bar fills cost £8 to £14 depending on size. Cylinders must be in test: air gun cylinders need a hydrostatic test every 5 years, which it does for £55 (allow 2 to 3 weeks). Call ahead, as staff are sometimes off site teaching.
