Red Alert Paintball & Airsoft

Red Alert Paintball & Airsoft runs airsoft on a 35 acre woodland site at Hartshill Copse, Burdens Heath, between Newbury and Reading. The ground is dressed with bridges, boats, cars, army vehicles, huts and bunkers, and games range from attacking and defending positions to capturing objectives and eliminating the opposing team. Skirmish entry with your own kit is £30 pre-booked, £27 with a site membership discount code and £35 on the day, and includes lunch plus free tea, coffee and drinking water. Newcomers can take the £55 entry and hire package with a rifle, mask, magazine, 3000 BBs and battery; hire kit is limited, so pre-booking is required. Every player attends a safety briefing before play and marshals run the games. The site has an HPA fill rig, a testing range outside the safe zone, covered areas in the safe zone and calibrated chrono checks with tagged guns. Airsoft is for ages 12 and over. The site also runs private airsoft parties of four games over 2.5 hours, and Attack Sense target shooting every other Friday evening from April to September for ages 10 and up.
