Finmere Airsoft

Finmere Airsoft plays in woodland next to Finmere airfield, just off the A421 near Buckingham, and is run by Finmere Airsoft Extreme Regiment. It describes itself as a friendly site that puts the emphasis on good laughs and simple but challenging games rather than hardcore play, with regular players and gunsmiths on hand to help newcomers. Game days are booked online and come in two types: the Saturday Shoot-out, quick action packed games for players with minimal kit, played while paintballers share the site; and the Fast and Furious day, bigger single life and multi life games including a multi stage attack and defend game. The site opens at about 07:30, players must be booked in by 09:15 for the briefing, games start around 10:00 and finish around 16:00 or dusk. A full day is £30 and a half day £20, with unlimited tea and coffee and no deposit needed. Rental kit is supplied by a third party and booked by phone. Biodegradable BBs, smoke and pyro are sold on site. Cash is preferred as card signal is poor. The minimum age is 12, and under 18s are signed in by a parent or guardian.
