About Players of War Airsoft

Players of War runs woodland airsoft at Loanfoot Wood, High Bonnybridge, near Falkirk. The site is a large stretch of woodland with purpose-built buildings, bunkers and several base areas, so players have room to roam during games. Its playing areas include a mock town with buildings to fight in and a newly built Fortress, giving CQB play inside a woodland site. The team says it is not, and has never been, a paintball site. Walk-on games run on Sundays, roughly every fortnight, and players are asked to pre-book through the RSVP on the events page; hire packages must be pre-booked and paid. Players must be 18 or over, or 16 to 18 with a playing adult, and ID is checked. Modern and WWII loadouts are both welcome. A short access road suits any car, and the large car park sits next to a big safe zone with covered seating. Hot food, tea and coffee are on sale all day, along with bio BBs, grenades, smokes, gas and other consumables. Regular players can get UKARA registration through the site for free once they meet the games-played rule.
