About The Ex Site Airsoft

The Ex Site runs airsoft on its own 230 acre mountain at Ffordd Maeshafan, near Mold in North Wales. The ground takes in woodland, buildings and quarries, and the team uses 4x4s in its games. Open days run from 09:30 to 16:00 every other Sunday, booked with a £10 deposit and the rest paid in cash on the day; bring a packed lunch and boots with good ankle support. New players pay £35 with hire and 1000 BBs, players with their own kit £30, and a £40 yearly membership brings games down to £23 and gives over 18s UKARA eligibility. Rental guns are AK47s in different lengths and weights. The site also runs night games, survival and escape and evasion days, and zombie events it has staged since 2010; groups of 20 or more can book a custom zombie game. A limited number of lifts run from the McDonald's car park in Mold, arranged by message.
