PolarStar Precision Airsoft was formed in January 2009 to make precision airsoft components built for performance and long life. It is a division of PolarStar Engineering & Machine, a US machine shop founded in 1997 that began by making parts for motor racing, with its site in Newark, Delaware. The shop keeps a Professional Engineer on staff and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The 2011 launch of its patented Fusion Engine HPA system moved PolarStar from upgrade parts to complete HPA systems that replace AEG internals. Lines include the Fusion Engine, F1, F2 and JACK HPA engines and conversion kits, the Kythera mechanical system, MRS and Micro Reg regulators, and fittings and accessories. It sells through its own online shop, which ships to the US and many countries in Europe and Asia, and through dealers and distributors. Products carry a limited one-year warranty unless stated, and the Kythera SA a limited lifetime warranty; owners send the item to Newark with proof of purchase and PolarStar pays for repair and return shipping.
