01What the directory is

Mexar Airsoft lists airsoft sites, game days, events, shops, suppliers, importers, manufacturers and services so players can find them. Every listing is there for information only.

We are not part of anything you buy, book or arrange with a listed business. When you book a game day or event, buy kit, use a discount code or hire a service, your contract is with that business, not with us. Booking links take you to the business's own booking page.

02We don't run or endorse them

We do not own, operate, manage, inspect or supervise any listed business, its site, its premises or its products. A listing, a high rating or a discount code is not a recommendation or a guarantee from us.

Unless the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for the goods, services, safety, legality, licences, insurance, availability, prices, delivery, refunds, returns, warranties or conduct of any listed business or anybody working for it.

03Check with the business first

Before you book, buy or travel, check the details directly with the business: prices, game days, opening times, age limits, kit hire, rules, power limits, safety requirements and how to get there. Things change and businesses do not always tell us.

If something goes wrong with a booking or a purchase, the business is the one to complain to and the one responsible for putting it right. Your legal rights as a consumer are against the business you dealt with, and nothing here affects them.

04Listings may be wrong or out of date

We take the details from the business’s own website, public sources and what the business tells us, and we try to keep them current, but they may be incomplete, wrong or out of date. A business that has claimed its listing can update it, and events are added by the business or by us. Outside ratings from Google, Tripadvisor or Facebook are copied from those services and may have changed since. If you spot a mistake, email info@mexarairsoft.com and we will fix it.

05Discount codes

Discount codes are set by the business. The business decides the amount, the terms, and when a code starts and ends, and it can change or withdraw a code at any time. We cannot promise any code will work, and we are not responsible if a business refuses one.

06Reviews

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. Each one is confirmed by email and checked by us before it goes live, and we remove ones that break our terms, but we cannot check every fact in them. Nobody is rewarded for writing one. We never take money to remove or hide an honest review, or to change a score.

07Links, adverts and affiliate links

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything you buy there.

Some links to shops may be affiliate links: if you buy through them, the shop may pay us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. Some businesses pay us for adverts, sponsorship or a paid listing plan, which can place them higher in a list. Adverts and sponsors are labelled Sponsored. Paying us never buys a better review score or removes a review.

08Airsoft safety and the law

Airsoft is played at your own risk. Always follow the site's rules and the marshals' instructions, wear eye protection that meets the site's standard whenever you are in a game area, and never carry an airsoft gun in public uncovered.

We do not sell airsoft guns, realistic imitation firearms (RIFs) or any other goods, and the player rules ban buying and selling on this site. Buying or selling a RIF in the UK is restricted by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. Checking that a sale is lawful, including any UKARA registration, the defence for airsoft skirmishing and the buyer's age, is the responsibility of the seller and the buyer, not us. Guides on this site are general information, not legal advice.

09What we are responsible for

We are responsible for this website and for what we write on it, as set out in our terms of use. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
