Terms of use

The terms for using this site, your player account, business listings and the paid plans, in plain English.

Last updated 25/10/2026

01Who we are

This website is run by Mexar Airsoft (“we”, “us”). Mexar Airsoft is a trading name of ELITE4U LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14657268). Our registered office is Office 7775, 321-323 High Road, Romford, England, RM6 6AX. You can contact us at info@mexarairsoft.com.

These terms apply to everybody who uses this website. If you make a player account, join a team, write a review, run a business listing or buy a paid plan, the parts about those apply to you too. By using the site you agree to these terms, so please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

02Using the site

The site is free to look around. It lists UK airsoft sites, game days, events, shops, suppliers, manufacturers and services, with reviews, discount codes and guides. Players can make a profile, join a team, clock in at sites, earn XP and ranks, and comment on other profiles.

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors or up to date. We may change, pause or remove any part of it.

Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, get into parts of it you are not meant to, or use it for anything illegal. Do not use bots or tricks to collect XP, hearts, visits or reviews.

Businesses listed on the site are not run by us. What we are and are not responsible for when you deal with them is set out in our disclaimer.

03Your player account

You must be 18 or over to make a player account, and the date of birth you give must be your own and true. We check it when you join and never show it to anybody. One account per person.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has used your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Player profiles can only be seen by other signed-in players, and are kept out of search engines. The list of players can only be seen by signed-in players too.

04Comments, hearts, saves and your Tracker

Players can comment on each other's profiles and on team pages. A comment shows straight away, so think before you post. Other players can like a comment. The owner of a profile and the person who wrote a comment can both delete it. A team captain can stop a player commenting on the team page, and that player's comments there are removed.

You can heart a profile and save it to come back to. Your saved list is private to you.

Your Tracker shows you, and only you, who has hearted or saved your profile and which signed-in players have visited it, with their latest visit and how often. When you visit somebody else's profile while signed in, they can see that you did. Visits by people who are not signed in are not shown.

05XP, ranks and achievements

You earn XP for things like clocking in at a site, adding photos and gun builds, completing your profile, commenting on, hearting and liking other players' profiles and comments, and inviting friends. XP moves you up the ranks and the leaderboard. There is a monthly cap, and XP over it is held back for later.

XP, ranks, badges and achievements are just for fun. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or swapped, and are not a prize.

An achievement, once earned, stays yours. We may take back XP that was earned by breaking these terms or the rules, for example from a clock-in that was voided.

06Clocking in at a site

Clocking in uses your phone's location to check that you are really at the site. Your location must be accurate enough, inside the site's area and within the site's hours, and the trip must be possible from your last clock-in. Some sites ask you to scan the poster at the site instead.

Do not fake your location or clock in for anybody else. A site or we can void a clock-in that does not look right, with a reason, and the XP for it is taken back.

At some sites the staff check your game pass and record that they saw your ID. They note only the kind of ID you showed, never its number or a photo of it.

07Teams

You can be in one team at a time. Each team has one captain, who runs the team page and decides who can join, and can give the other players team ranks; a Major helps run the team and a Lieutenant helps recruit. A captain who wants to leave or delete their account must first hand the captain role to somebody else. Closing a team is done by support: use the support form and say which team, and why.

Everybody in a team must follow these terms and the player rules on the team page as well as on their own profile.

08What you post

Your photos, words, comments, reviews, gun and gear builds, team details and anything else you add stay yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to store, show, resize and share them on this website, in our app and in links to them, for as long as they are on the site. Footage you send for our channels is covered by the separate footage terms.

Everything you post must follow the player rules. In short: it must be yours to post, it must not break the law or anybody else’s rights, nobody under 18 may appear in it, it must not name or show anybody who has not agreed, and this is not a marketplace, so no buying, selling or swapping guns, parts or kit.

Every photo is checked automatically before anybody sees it, and photos that are not airsoft, are sexual, or show anybody who looks under 18 are turned away. Some text, such as display names, bios and build details, is checked for selling words when you save it.

We may check, hide or remove anything that breaks these terms or the rules, or that we are told is unlawful. We do not check everything other players post and are not responsible for it, but please report anything wrong and we will look at it.

10Reporting something

You can report a comment, a profile or a team page with the Report button on it. For anything else, such as a photo or a review, use Report a player or content on the Contact page, or email info@mexarairsoft.com, with a link to it and what is wrong. You do not need an account to report something illegal.

We aim to look at every report within 48 hours, and we deal first with anything that may be illegal or may put somebody at risk, such as child sexual abuse material, threats, terrorism, fraud or the sale of real firearms. We remove what breaks the law, these terms or the rules. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the police (CEOP, part of the National Crime Agency) and the Internet Watch Foundation, and we may tell the police about anything else illegal.

11How we moderate

Photos, clips and some text are checked automatically when they are added, including by an AI service. The automatic check can only turn something away or hold it back; a person at Mexar decides every report, every appeal and every suspension or closure of an account.

When we remove something of yours or act on your account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or the safety of another person stops us.

12Appeals

If something of yours was turned away or removed, or we acted on your account, and you think we got it wrong, you can appeal within six months. Use Report a player or content on the Contact page or email info@mexarairsoft.com, say what was removed and why you think it should stay. A person looks at it again, and we aim to give you our answer within 14 days. If we got it wrong, we put it back and undo anything we did to your account.

13Reviews

Anybody can review a site or business, with or without an account. You confirm your review from a link we email you, and we check it before it goes live.

A review must be your own honest opinion of a place or business you have actually used. Do not write a review for somebody else, for a business you own, work for or are connected to, or in return for payment, a discount or any other reward without saying so in the review. Fake reviews, and reviews that hide a reward, are against the law and we remove them.

Nobody is rewarded for writing a review: reviews earn no XP, discounts or anything else from us.

We do not remove or hide honest reviews because they are negative, and no business can pay us to do that.

14Business listings

We build listings from what a business shows on its own website and social pages. If you run a listed business, you can claim its listing to correct it, add to it or ask us to take it down. We check the claim before you get access, and the owner can then add staff. You must have the right to act for the business, and what you add must be true and kept up to date.

Events, discount codes and other details you add must be real. Bookings go through your own booking link, and any contract for a game day or a sale is between you and the player, not us.

You must not offer players anything in return for a good review, or write or arrange reviews of your own business.

16Billing and renewal

You pay in advance. The first payment is taken when you buy, and your plan then renews automatically on the same date each month or each year, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the card you gave, on the renewal date shown on your account page.

If we ever change the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. It takes effect from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to pay it.

17Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage plan under Plan and billing in your account settings. Your plan then stays on until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Apart from the 14-day right below, or where something has gone wrong that is our fault, we do not refund the part of a month or year you have already paid for.

18Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy a player or team plan as a consumer, the law gives you 14 days from the day you first buy it to change your mind. If you cancel in that time, you get a full refund of what you paid, within 14 days of telling us, to the card you paid with.

To use this right, email info@mexarairsoft.com saying you want to cancel your plan within the 14 days, or cancel from Manage plan under Plan and billing in your account settings and email us to ask for the refund. We arrange the refund through Link, and you can also ask Link for it. You do not have to give a reason.

Business plans are bought by a business, so this consumer right does not apply to them. A business can still cancel at any time as set out above.

19If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, your plan drops to Free straight away and your account page tells you. Stripe may try the card again. If the payment then goes through, or you pay again, your plan comes back.

20What happens when a plan drops to Free

When a paid plan ends or drops to Free, anything over the Free limits (for example extra photos, guns, gear, or a team's cover and gallery) is hidden, not deleted. Nothing is lost if you pay again within six months: it all shows again straight away.

After six months on Free, what was hidden may be deleted for good. Your account, your profile and everything within the Free limits stay. A team's members are never removed because the plan ended. Your account page shows the date until which everything is kept.

21Suspending or closing an account

If you break these terms or the player rules, we may hide what you posted, void clock-ins, take back XP, suspend your account or close it. Where it is serious, for example photos of under-18s, threats or anything illegal, we may do this without warning and may tell the police.

If we close your account for breaking the rules while you have a paid plan, we will cancel the plan so you are not charged again. You will not get a refund for the time already paid for unless the law says you should.

22Closing your account

You can close your account at any time, with Delete my account under Your data in your account settings, which closes it straight away, or by emailing info@mexarairsoft.com from the address you sign in with, which we do within one month. If you have a paid plan, we cancel it first. Your profile, photos and builds are then deleted and cannot be brought back. A team captain must first hand over the captain role, or ask support to close the team.

23If something goes wrong

Paid plans are digital services and must be provided with reasonable care and skill and match what we described. If they are not, tell us and we will put it right. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a refund or a price reduction. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. For more about them, see Citizens Advice.

24Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control.

If you use the site as a player, it is for your own private use, so we are not responsible for any business losses. If you run a business listing or buy a business plan, our total responsibility to your business in any year is limited to what you paid us for your plan in that year, and we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities.

We are not responsible for the goods, services, safety or conduct of any site, shop, supplier, manufacturer or service listed here, or for what happens at a game day or event. See the disclaimer.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

25Other terms that apply

Our privacy notice explains how we use your data, and the cookies page lists every cookie. The player rules and the footage terms also apply when you use those parts of the site.

26Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law changes or we add a feature. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects a paid plan you already have, we will email you before it applies, and you can cancel if you do not agree.

27Complaints and the law

If you are unhappy with anything, including how we handled a report, a moderation decision or an appeal, email info@mexarairsoft.com or use Contact. We aim to confirm we have your complaint within 5 working days and to give you our answer within 14 days.

If you are in the UK and think we are not meeting our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023, you can tell Ofcom, the UK online safety regulator, at ofcom.org.uk. Ofcom does not decide individual complaints, but it uses what it is told to check that services follow the law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live. If you live in another country, you keep any protection the consumer law of that country gives you, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
